Absolutely. Your first point of contact is always your GP. He or she will then work with you to decide on the most appropriate next step.
You log in to the portal using your personal DigiD. Don’t have a DigiD yet? Apply for your DigiD here [This opens in a new window].
For children under the age of 14, a parent or guardian may assist with this. From the age of 14 onwards, a DigiD is strictly personal: your child can then apply for a DigiD themselves via the website.

If you do not wish to use DigiD, you can request a username and password from the practice.

Are you having trouble with digital matters? Call, text or email the Digihulplijn: 0800-1508 or digihulp.nl.
Emails regarding your appointments and your patient portal are sent from noreply@mijndokters.nl. To set up your patient portal, you will receive a one-off email from no-reply@mijngezondheidsapp.nl. Please add these email addresses to your address book on your computer, or to the Contacts on your phone. That way, our emails will be recognised as trusted.
The GGD provides vaccinations for people up to the age of 26. If you are older than this, you can get vaccinated at your own expense at the following places, amongst others: stadskliniek-vaccinaties.nl, vaccinatieopmaat.nl and thuisvaccinatie.nl
The costs for this will be deducted from your excess. You can find the costs on the laboratory’s website. Please note that the costs for a faecal examination are often over 300 euros.
Use a special tick remover or a pair of pointed tweezers and pull the tick out as close to the skin as possible. Seek medical advice if the tick has been attached for more than 24 hours or if you notice a red ring appearing around the bite site. See also thuisarts.nl/i-have-a-tick.
No, given the growing list of responsibilities placed on us as GPs, we have decided not to take on this service. We would refer you to the GGD or https://prepnu.nl/artsen/.
For patients who require regular check-ups, we work in partnership with Viduet. Together with them, we ensure that your appointment takes place on time and is properly prepared. They will send you emails on behalf of our practice. Such an email might, for example, be an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to book an appointment with us. We would really appreciate it if you could respond to such requests.
