Where can I find the patient portal?
You can go directly to the right section of the patient portal using the buttons on our homepage.
Can I still call?
Yes, you can use our phone number to schedule an appointment or leave a message.
Reordering medications is only possible through the website. Or ask your pharmacy if medications can be automatically renewed.
How do I access the patient portal?
You log on with DigiD. You do not need a separate username or password.
If you don’t have DigiD yet: apply for your personal DigiD [this link opens a new window]. For children under 14 years old, a parent or guardian can help them with this. Starting at age 14, DigiD is strictly personal: your child can apply for DigiD themselves through the website.
Read more on on the DigiD website or go directly to Help & Contact for DigiD.
